For starters, no Democrat that I’m aware of has ever advocated for a guarantee that all Americans receive an equal outcome in life regardless of their skills, work ethic or the decisions that they make over their lifetime.

The first question I always ask a prospective candidate is “Why are you running” and I asked Adam that day.  Despite having heard this question answered both successfully and unsuccessfully countless times I was not really prepared for the well thought out and succinctly communicated reasons that Adam provided.  That day I was positive that I wanted to be involved.
